Poor service at Dainfern. Seriously not cool.

I do not mind spending a bit more for a haircut and a shave because you normally offer a good service.

At R600 for a haircut and a shave including a tip, I expect good service or at the very least for you to honour a basic first come first serve policy.

Today, after arriving more than 30 minutes early for a haircut and shave appointment I had booked earlier in the day, I watched you take a customer fr the counter straight to a chair that should have gone to me without a moment taken to consider my schedule. This after already being 10 minutes late for our appointment.

Barber Lou might not cost as much for a cut or be as posh as you. But they make sure to get to you as soon as they can and not give anyone else preferential treatment.

Guess I will support them instead going forward and buy a beer with the difference.
