Bad service MedExpress

And once again I have an issue with MedExpress. Every single month there is an issue. This month they say that I should hand in a prescription that has already been handed in. They are issuing some of the products on it but not the one, cause they need a prescription. It is all on the same one that I have handed in. Well done MedExpress on keeping your record of having an issue every single month.
