Formal Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Ordered Items I have ordered Mitchem stick for woman twice from Pick n Pay using your online grocery service. On the first occasion, I accepted that the item might have been out of stock. However, before placing the second order, I specifically checked that Mitchem (another kind) was listed as available. Despite this, the item was once again not delivered. Unacceptable Service and Extra Charges What is particularly unacceptable is that your system has the audacity to charge additional fees, yet you fail to deliver groceries as ordered. This reflects poor service, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers who rely on the accuracy of your stock information. Lack of Customer Support There appears to be no clear or accessible channel to lodge a complaint on your website, which further adds to the frustration. A business of this size should offer transparent and responsive customer support. Comparison With Competitors I have never experienced this issue with Checkers, who consistently deliver items as ordered and provide better customer service. Expectation I expect this matter to be addressed seriously, including a review of your stock management system and appropriate compensation or refund for repeated failure to deliver confirmed items. I have withdrawn funds from Payoneer to Capitec on 1 April 2025. My money is still not reflecting. I am very concerned as this is happening to a lot of my colleagues as well. Then when you contact them, they tell you that you must wait one more business day for an e-mail. What nonsence! Now I have to wait until Monday for my money or is it just going to be an e-mail. If payoneer does not want our business then maybe we should go through PayPal!
I am trying to open an FNB profile as I want to connect Paypall to it. I keep getting responses I need to send this or that, which has been added to the first e-mail. I can't understand why it has been taking a week to get anybody to help me to open a FNB profile. Can someone please contact me that is efficient?
Plumber from A247 came to fix my mother's kitchen zink. He treated us very badly. He swore terribly and shouted at me. "So do you want me to do it or not" "I don't have time for this sh%^%$t" When I asked him, very politely, that he should not say something like that, he told me where to get off and told me that I am rude. When he left I was in tears, my husband phoned the manager. The gatekeeper's response was that he will phone us back. He never did. I would not recommend them to anybody. As a matter of fact I just wanted to get him off my property.
Every single weekend our orders are either one or two sometimes three hours late! If they know that their weekends are busier than in the week, why don't they get extra staff. I am sorry to say Checkers 60/60 your service are not they way it is supposed to be, nor how it used to be.
We are still in need of someone to contact us from FNB. Nobody has contacted us yet. We need documentation and they are just bluntly ignoring is. How difficult can it be to pick up a phone and contact us, seeing that we are only in contact with AI's.
We are trying to get anybody from FNB to assist us with a letter saying that we have paid up our bond. We only get email responses. Nobody is taking the time of day to speak with us. Is it that hard to write a letter? How come if banks want money they are quick to be on your tail, but if you need their help you get ignored.
I have asked for a Human to contact me as it is just impossible to speak to somebody. A Samantha has called me. Only half was done which was asked. Can a Human please call me. I am sick and tired of not getting the help which I desperately need of FNB.
I am not complaining I am just desperate to speak to a human being from FNB Home Loans. We would like to settle our home loan."It" refers to an App, which we don't have. We just want to settle and speak to someone about it. Can a Manager, and please not a regular call center agent (with no authority), call us urgently?
Discovery and MedExpress refuse to send my mother her chronic medication. We have handed in a prescription as requested. Now my mother is without her heart medicine!
