Absolutely useless. Suspended my medexpress account without contact me. Reason being that co payment did not go trough. Why not just send me the invoice for R300 and I will pay it with love. Or even beter, just deduct it from my bank account?????

After logging 2 tickets via the medexpress option on discovery app, and logging 3 tickets with discovery as a perso can't contact you directly. NO RESPONSE.

I AM CANCELING MY DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID DUE TO THIS ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR PARTNER AS I TOLD DISCOVERY I WILL DO.
