Vodacom's recent unauthorized deductions from my bank account have intensified my frustration with their services. Despite attempting to address the issue through online chat, I was repeatedly directed back to email and the chat bot. Unfortunately, the customer care email has been replaced by the bot, leaving me in a loop. Furthermore, I was instructed to communicate via WhatsApp, which is inaccessible to non-Vodacom clients like myself. Adding to the frustration, the phone support line offered no assistance after a 48-minute wait. To compound matters, I was directed to their cancellation department via email, despite not having initiated any requests. This series of inconveniences raises the question: how much more of my time and money must be consumed dealing with this incompetence?
Absolutely useless assistance from Discovery Their partner 'MedExpress' suspended my MedExpress account without any notice. Now, it's impossible to het hold of them directly as you need to contact discovery and they don't come back to the tickets where they say they will come back in 24h. I am canceling my R4000pm medical aid because they can't resolve this R300 issue. Useless is a understatement
Absolutely useless. Suspended my medexpress account without contact me. Reason being that co payment did not go trough. Why not just send me the invoice for R300 and I will pay it with love. Or even beter, just deduct it from my bank account????? After logging 2 tickets via the medexpress option on discovery app, and logging 3 tickets with discovery as a perso can't contact you directly. NO RESPONSE. I AM CANCELING MY DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID DUE TO THIS ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR PARTNER AS I TOLD DISCOVERY I WILL DO.
