MediResponse does not RESPOND
Last week I tested my device I wear around my neck. MediResponse called me but they could not locate me. They promised to contact me the following week. A week later they have not. I tested today and the device doesn't connect to them at all. Again they said they would notify the correct department. This is a security device and it doesn't help if their office can't receive my location

18 May 2026, 11:37This has been resolved. I was told months ago that at some stage I would need to replace an old panic device. I have now paid to replace it. So the issue is not that MediResponse does not respond to alerts. The problem was that the procedure following my requests to rectify issues, was not followed. Thank you Mediresponse for getting back to me.
