Good Day On the 29th of September I called in for an authorization for my daughter to see the DR I couldn't take her on time so I took her the next day,so my claim was rejected because I took her on the 30th of September instead of the 29 so I called in spoke to one of the Administrator called Marisa I even asked her for her surname she said it is not necessary for her to give me because she is the only Marisa working there and I explained what was the problem and I don't understand why is rejected because on our benefits papers the it is stated there about authorization NB should authorization not be obtained the consultation will be for the member’s pocket as authorization can be obtained within 7 days of the consultation.and Marisa told me that it is not her problem that I took my daughter to the doctor next day not the same day i got an authorization and she said the problem is that I am consulting alot and I told yes its true because me and my daughter we are forever sick that's why I took the medical Insurance so it is my problem that I am sick now and than,then she said I can't blame them for my problems. Im really not happy with the whole situation.
