Self reviewed pathetic company
John Forte writes his own 5* reviews for the company. Great ethics right? Besides that, they provide sub-standard products and come with stupid excuses when you complain. Specifically Sceletium. Their rubbish smells and tastes like rotton wood instead of a pleasant earthy aroma. Caused nausea immediately. Be very careful of this health hazard.

John Forte writes his own 5* reviews for the company. Great ethics right? Besides that, they provide sub-standard products and come with stupid excuses when you complain. Specifically Sceletium. Overnight Delivery
I bought items from Medico Herbs. During the check out process Medico Herbs has 2 options for delivery, overnight and the standard postal package. Now we all know that if you would like to receive the items purchase in less than 2 to 3 week, the only option is the overnight delivery. The distance they need to transport the items is 40 km from Somerset-West to my residence and for that I paid R125.00, I have no problem with that, but I have a problem with the fact that I paid for overnight delivery but did not receive overnight delivery. My understanding of overnight delivery is that I will receive the items the next day taking distance into account , I bought the items on Sunday so overnight delivery means I will have it by Tuesday. Apparently Medico Herbs does not have the same understanding of overnight delivery than me, meaning they promote a service they can not deliver, meaning false advertising. The excuse may be, but we handed it to a delivery service, it is their responsibility, not acceptable, I did not initiate a legal agreement with the delivery company, it was made with Medico Herbs to supply and deliver the items. Do not pass the buck, own up to your bad service.
