On 25 October 2022 I bought a TV set from Game online store. On 5 Nov 2022 I reported to game that the set was faulty. Eash time the set is switch on a blue line appears on the screen. The response from Game was that the supplier will contact me. On the 8 November 2022 Game requested me to send pictures of the fault to them, this I did the same day. To date I have sent 9 emails to Leeaqa Kenny (Game Rep. service call 1240770100) and 4 emails to the supplier Powercare Ref. no TV604778. To date the defective system has not been replaced or received any refund.
On 2022-11-25 I was scammed out of my credit card. Lost R2000.00, but what was worst, was the fact that ABSA provides an emergency number that puts you on hold or you need to listen to all the choices. Rather put up a sign Absa cannot help u continue feeling violated.
I initiated a clam for a burst geyser on 18 March. Almost a month later no response from Absa to finalize my claim. What happened to ABSA? How long does it take to finalize a simple claim. Absa appointed a service provider that did not deliver or submit a report, now I must pay for their fault. Absa appointed a second provider that never made contact with me during all the time. To prospective home buyers, unfortunately I cannot recommend ABSA Home Insurance, There are institutions that deliver better service.
It is my personal opinion that Sani Fleet managment unethical lacks transparency. Never wil I recommend or use them ever again. Paid R4400 for a windscreen replacement, where the same windscreen is R600 at glassfitt. Received no invoice for replacement, my emails are just being ignored.
Bought a Vehicle from Wheel Spot in Paarl, 3 months later the engine blow-up and decline to take any responsibility to assist me. They refer you to the MI ombudsman and we all know that is a wast. Do Not buy from these guys, you will lose money.

Please rectify my account to, adding an account to my current account is unacceptable and should be rectify immediately.
I ordered a phone on the 19 Feb 2018 a month later no phone no communication, there web page clearly state waiting period 3 weeks, why 3 weeks nobody knows company is in JHB, For international shipping yes, but not for local postage. I will not recommend ordering from them, the service is pathetic and nor do they reply on e-mails
I do not think there are any word in our 11 languages to describe the bad service of the post office, may be in sign language. Their attitude, if you do not like our service then use an outside provider and pay for it. I ordered an item on the 28/12/2017 from New York, item arrived 7 days later in JHB. Since the 04/01/208 till today 06/02/2018 it has been travelling more than a month to Cape Town and still no item received. Is there any organisation that the government has an hand in that actually delivers a service any more
