When I first signed up for a washing machine, the agreement said I should go by the delivery date on the product page, which was 14 days. Once the agreement was confirmed, they all of a sudden say I can expect delivery after 45 business days or 30 October. That is 2 months after the order was placed. Every week I get an update stating that they are "prioritising" my order, but they are having trouble securing stock. We are now at 13 November and nothing has changed. Still no ETA, still having trouble with the supplier. Why are the items listed if they are no longer available? Why have they not suggested an alternative yet? They really need to step up and honour customer agreements. It seems this is a norm for them as most of the comments on the Facebook page are about the same thing.
Absolutely useless customer care. I sent an email over a week ago, and only received the automated response. I followed up a week later with the exact same result. They have no interest in answering queries.
John Forte writes his own 5* reviews for the company. Great ethics right? Besides that, they provide sub-standard products and come with stupid excuses when you complain. Specifically Sceletium. Their rubbish smells and tastes like rotton wood instead of a pleasant earthy aroma. Caused nausea immediately. Be very careful of this health hazard.
Staff service at Springs Mall branch is absolutely pathetic. I went into the shop to buy an Xbox One accessories bundle. A lady came and offered to assist. I told her I was coming to buy the Xbox bundle. When I showed her which bundle I wanted, she immediately picked it up, went to the back of the shop to the other staff members, and started talking about what's included in the box. She didn't come back to me with the item I wanted to purchase, and no one else came to assist. I intended on buying that bundle, but couldn't cos a staff member took the item away from me.
Bunch of useless accounts people. I don't care who you idiots are. You report me to transunion when mypayment was 1 day late. What the actual ****. Then payment is made, and you still harass me to make 2 months payments. What the actual **** again. Pathetic South African Math lit students
So I made payment to settle 3 smaller loans on my FNB account. And yes, I paid the settlement amount, not anything else. So obviously I expected to see the 3 accounts closed. How dare I expect that in South Africa. Much to my amazement, the 3 accounts weren't settled, and they all 3 all of a sudden had more interest added. Great ****ING JOB FNB. What is the point of stating what the settlement amount is, if thats not the correct amount. USELESS STUPID BANK that is trying to rip people off.
And once again, Vodacom has proven to be useless. Especially accounts and customer care. My 6 queries about my account have still not been attended to. But yet, Vodacom reports me to Transunion or whatever. Get your act together. I am laying a formal complaint with ICASA and the credit onbudsman for the pathetic service and client management due to the fact that I have not received one response to my emails.
I received an sms from DPP to advise that an account was handed to them. So immediately I called them to find out what the problem is and how I could fix it. The call drops as soon as they try to transfer me to the consultant. This happened 5 times. I then send a mail to enquire about the problem, and I receive a mail with no subject. In this mail, there is no mention that payment arrangements can be made (even though we are experiencing lockdown, and half pay has be received). This email also has all sorts of attachments and payment links in it. How am I supposed to trust this on a email with no subject, that was sent straight to my spam folder. Seriously unprofessional experience dealing with Sumaya Booley. All I wanted to do was get this settled, and this is where the experience drove me.

Pathetic!!! I cancelled my telkom line in November 2019. 8 months later, I get calls from debt collection saying that I still owe money. I tell them that I never received any final invoice, so if they can send it then I will settle it. A month later, still nothing. I contact Telkom to find out whats happening, and I'm told that they can't assist because I've been handed over. ***** YOU TELKOM. YOUR INCOMPITENCE IS TO BLAME!!!
