Poor Service

A month ago when I consulted with Dr Comfort I asked her to fill in my maternity UIF forms and she did so without a charge. When I went to submit to the dept of labour, I was informed that the template had changed and the doctor needed to refill the form on the new template. I emailed the new form to the doctor and then Dr Comfort filled in the form and the receptionist told me there was a charge of R400. A month ago when the form was filled in there was no charge but today there was suddenly a charge. I tried to explain to the receptionist that this was basically the same form being filled in the only difference was the template. The receptionist refused to listen to the clarification and when I requested that the doctor call me, Dr Comfort was not bothered to call me back. I have consulted with the doctor so many times and on most occasions the service from the receptionists was really poor but sadly I had to stick to this practice as the doctor is my medical aid network doctor. It is really sad how I have been treated at this doctor's office
