Pathetic Service
Pathetic service with freezing waiting rooms. The waiting period is ridiculous. It's like a person has to die before they can be attended to. You come here sick and by the time you get to see the doctor you're worse. You'd swear this is a free service and they're doing you a favor. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone that is not ready to die.

Pathetic Service

MEDIDISCOMFORT
Medicomfort owned by Dr Comfort in Randburg is not recommended by myself Worst experience ever, staff are racist, she does not listen to assist, she does her own things...my staff member has just left her rooms, pregnant, upset, crying. She sat there from half 12 to past 4 pm.

Medicomfort 24hr Clinic Randburg, Republic Road
This clinic situated at 70 Republic Road, Blairgowrie, 2194. This is absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to in my entire life, they are condescending, disrespectful, completely lack empathy and have no idea of what they are doing. I arrive at the clinic at 2pm, and I wait patiently to be assisted, mind you the entire staff is casually dragging and playing around whilst we wait patiently, 2 hours later I'm finally attended to and I experience the most humiliating service I've ever experienced, without a single analysis, just a one minute glance she determines that I must take a rapid covid test which is charged outside of my medical aid plan, I plead that can we do alternative and just be treated. Use my plan I'm then heckled harrased & threatened that i must make a plan or else they will refuse me treatment and that I should take my chances at a hospital where, implying I have no choice. They unprofessional force me to, do this, sending me to completely unnecessary tests, and xrays, when not even once bothering to view my opinion or atleast put aside her arrogance for one moment. She sends me out her room for another hour while I wait to do crags knowing very well I don't need to do that,( scam) then makes me wait even longer mind you it's almost 6pm now. I then wait the nurse gives me an injection at a terrible angle, now I'm in agonising pain because of this, she does not care, I have to constantly remind her to attend to me. Then the the Dr, makes me wait for another hour, have a big laugh mind you I've been there since 2pm, it's 6 now, send me for xrays. I'm now in excruciating pain due to her terrible injection, finally at 6pm, I plead to just given a script or medicine so I can leave. If you go on Google reviews you'll see similar reviews, absolute disgusting arrogance The fly by night clinic doesn't even have an email address so they can't even be contacted by you guys, +27117819236 is their conract number They don't have a email address.

Danger to society
I went to get my papsmear done first of all the nurse was very rough become irritated when I complained. I went to get my papsmear results only to be told by the Dr that I have pre cancer lesions on my cervic they will need to do a biopsy. I refused and said I will go to a gynae much to his irritation. I received my papsmear and HPV results from the gynae I am all clear nothing was found. Dr Comfort gave me wrong results from that HAMADI lab of theirs they must just close shop. I was also charged twice whenI enquired they said getting results is a consultation.

Disclosing personal information to the debt collector without informing Patient
my account was handed over to Bredell Ferreira without informing me and i was telephonically harassed by Bredell to provide proof of payment and funny enough i was not owing medi comfort anything. The admin service is very poor

Poor Service
A month ago when I consulted with Dr Comfort I asked her to fill in my maternity UIF forms and she did so without a charge. When I went to submit to the dept of labour, I was informed that the template had changed and the doctor needed to refill the form on the new template. I emailed the new form to the doctor and then Dr Comfort filled in the form and the receptionist told me there was a charge of R400. A month ago when the form was filled in there was no charge but today there was suddenly a charge. I tried to explain to the receptionist that this was basically the same form being filled in the only difference was the template. The receptionist refused to listen to the clarification and when I requested that the doctor call me, Dr Comfort was not bothered to call me back. I have consulted with the doctor so many times and on most occasions the service from the receptionists was really poor but sadly I had to stick to this practice as the doctor is my medical aid network doctor. It is really sad how I have been treated at this doctor's office
