Magnus is dishonest, rude and arrogant. His team fitted faulty parts during installation and now he is refusing to take responsibility. He was not honest and transparent about the system he pushed to install at our home and now he is refusing to give us a refund for the poor system they installed. I am surprised at the way he speaks to me and wonder if this is how he speaks to his other customers. Are we being treated badly by Magnus because we are young, black and not from SA???? We have sadly have to reach out for legal advise because there is no way that he treats his customers like this. We have been victimised and taken advantage off by Magnus and his team. This is really sad that this still happens in this day and age
I am really disappointed with the service providers that Discovery uses. We had an emergency this evening and Discovery was supposed to send an electrician to our home but that assigned electrician never bothered to come or call to let us know that he will not be coming. First we had to wait for an hour, then another 45mins, then another 20 mins then another 30mins but no electrician showed up. Discovery the advised us to look for an electrician ourselves then they would reimburse us. I was really baffled about this because I was still trying to digest the trauma of our emergency and now I have to run around looking for an electrician. I am really disappointed with Discovery, how can they partner with such unprofessional and dishonest people. This is the second time this has happende.
Very poor service delivery. Twice I ordered online for delivery and I had to go and collect the order myself. Very inefficient, I regret ordering from them
Yet another nightmare experience at this branch and the service manager, Cindy, is never available to address my concerns. The service is terrible here, I had to go there just because the insurance told me to go to the nearest branch.
The team led by Bruce came to fix our sliding but instead damaged our door and now they won't come back to fix what they damaged. Eric keeps saying his team is coming but they never show up. I am really disappointed in their service and lack of professionalism.
I signed up at Ignite Fitness branch in Randburg but I then cancelled this membership the next day because I realised that the gym did not have the spinning classes I needed at a certain time. I was assured that the cancellation would gp smoothly but it has been a nightmare ever since. It's been more than a month now and I have not yet been refunded my joining fee. I have to call the gym everyday and I am being told that the matter has been escalated but nothing in happening. To be honest, I regret ever going to this gym.
Appauling service from the online orders department. Their lack of willingness to assist and come up with a solution is utterly disappointing. I regret relying on the makro online orders service as it is such a waste of time and takes away the convenience of the online shopping.
I have no idea why Hollard moved us to Dotsure but since they did my life has been a nightmare with Dotsure. They are very unprofessional and they demand that the client does the run around and yet this is the insurance's responsibility. I am so happy that I have cancelled my policy with them, my cover with them ends this month end, but it looks like it is going to be a very lonh month because I continue to recieve pathetic service. I can never recommend Dotsure to anyone, it has been a nightmare with thwm from the word go
I continue to recieve appauling service from Dotsure and noone from this insurance is taking the initiative to get things in order. If I do not call to follow up noone will call me to give me an update. It's a mess
I was on Hollard and then transfered to Dotsure without my consent, this was the worst mistake Hollard made. Dotsure offers pathetic service and when the speak to you on the phone, they are not apologetic. When you ask for the supervisor they tell you that the person does not exist. The contractors they use are not professional at all. I have had the worst experience ever with Dotsure in the two months that I have been with them. I can never recommend this insurance to anyone. A home emergency is only attended to after 8 hrs of registering the case.
