Yet another nightmare experience at this branch and the service manager, Cindy, is never available to address my concerns. The service is terrible here, I had to go there just because the insurance told me to go to the nearest branch.

I am a loyal customer to Ford and My vehicle has only ever been serviced at Ford. Last year the car went to for 3 times to fix the same problem with me having to pay every single visit. Now again this year it went in to have a CV joint replaced. After a large payment the car is now making a different noise (that was not there before) and will be returning to them on Monday after it has already been there for 10 days. Uber bills are extremely expensive and no ownership is taken that they may have not fixed the problem. No offering of a curtesy car is ever made.

I bought a Ford Focus ST 2014 Model (used) from Ford Randburg on July 14th 2022 Drove the car for less than 3 weeks, approx. 700km, and then on August 5th the engine started giving problems. The car had no power, sputtering and the enige light was on. The engine had very low compression. I took the car to Ford Germiston, because it is very close from where I live, and they ran tests and said that there is very low compression in the engine and the 4th cylinder has almost no compression. We made contact with Ford Randburg, and the sales Manger, Collen, first made assumptions that there might be foul play involved and they want the car back at Randburg (Which I had to get there on my own expense, because the car can not be driven in its condition). Collen even said that they could not have sold me a faulty car because they had proof that the engine was sound and the car was without any defect, but they are yet to send me the proof which they claim they have… They gave feedback and said that the Cylinder head was leaking from the valves on the number 4 head port and this is a manufactural fault. They are not willing to replace the engine with a new engine, and they want to recon the head and replace the piston rings. I bought the car in July and since 5 August until today I am unable to drive the car, but I am expected to keep on paying for the car. The car is still not repaired. Ford Randburg didn’t even offer a courtesy vehicle. I must get transport on my own means. This is totally unacceptable and a total disgrace! I can not believe that this is the way people get treated. Put yourself in my shoes: You buy a car and less than 3 weeks later the engine breakdown. The dealership sales manager implies that – you – the customer might have been the cause of the breakdown You take the car back, and for 3 months you are expected to keep paying for the car, but you cant drive it and now you have more expenses because you don’t have the car you bought and need to make plan for transport. They don’t give feedback on the repairs themselves, you have to keep asking them for feedback.

Bought a Ford Focus ST 2014 Model used, On delivery the antenna on the roof broke off, which they promised to replace and still not done. Delivery of the car took place 14th July. I drove approx 700km and had the car just over 2 weeks then the engine started giving problems: No power, sputtering, engine light on - no compression. Took the car to Ford Germiston and notified Randburg of the problem, they 1st made assumptions and said that they want to inspect the car because something is fishy, implying that Faul play is involved, My car went in to Ford 8 August and i still dont have my car back. Every week its promises and promises of giving feedback which i dont receive, They admitted that it is a manufactural fault, but not once have they apologized for the inconvenience, nor have they offered a replacement car in the meantime while the car is in for repairs. My car was supposed to be fixed last week Friday 4 Nov, but i still havent receive feedback and when you call them, the people are always in meetings. But of course , because they are not the ones paying for a car which they dont have, this wont bother them. I can not believe that this is the way that people get treated. Its an absolute disgrace, paying all that money and trusting a company to deliver a good working product to you, and this is what happens.

Ford Randburg has the worst Service ever. I paid R3700 and they didn't even sort out the main problem I called for now I have to pay R4000 for them to resolve the same Period that was my main Problem. I called them because my Harzards where not working I paid R3700 and the Harzards r still not working... They are now changing stories saying they did not qoute me for the Harzards which is Rubbish . The worst part is even the manager was there and she did nothing about it... I'm still waiting for Call Records.

I will never recommend anyone to this dealership again I bought a car on the 5th of November 2019...and already the car is giving me problems,it takes long to start and it’s has got a funny noise coming out,the brakes are already making noise, and I went to see the Used cars manager he wasn’t helpful at all and all he agreed to to do was to book the car but he wants me to pay for whatever repairs they do on the car,jus after a month of driving the car,it’s not something anyone except from any big dealership, putting a car with problems on the floor and when you go with a complaint they don’t want to take responsibility...
