Cash out Horrible
Snap and save is only happy when you snap but when you have to cash out they give you excuses. I cashed out on the 27th February till today I have not been paid. It’s Excuses after excuse. Technical what what. I just wanna be done with them wasted a whole year snapping. I guess our road ends here. I hope the stockpilers are aware but I will make them aware too.

Takealot ****** me
Takealot return is messy and they trying to rob me. No Refund and they took my item back. I used one of the face products and I returned it as it was not meeting my expectations. Now they lying and they said my reason for return is because I said I don’t want the product anymore just so they don’t refund me. I don’t have refund and I don’t have the product. R320 gone. And no one cares

Worst customer service ever got my call dropped by an agent
MTN gave me the Worst experience today being transferred back n forth because no one wants to answer why I am being billed R77 after I have cancelled my contract in September 2023. October was not billed and now I’m billed R77 for their own incompetence. They are so useless from customer service to cancellation department they just dropped my call and no one wanted me to speak to their manager.

Return process is the Worst
Their Delivery process is very smooth but I am ****ed with their return process they never communicate and u will never know if they received the products or not… They never reply to emails nothing u alwys in the dark when returning something.dont even know if I will get the exchange back or my refund

Charged more than what's Due
This is my Last installment and my Monthly installment was 1475.44 and account was only left with R1394. 84 but I am still Debited my monthly installment with is more than what I am owing. How do am I being charged more than what is due I have a feeling I will still be charged next month with a 0 overdue amount. I want them to close my account and refund my money back. I have been with this people for long but now I am done I will never buy anything with them again.

Worst Service ever
This is is the most useless department I've ever dealt with. I sent everything last year via email no one replied and Their phones never goes through soo this year I tried the online platform everything was stick on submitted that was around July soo still there was no response so I tried emailing their complaints department that's when someone replied to say they re working on it but no one got back to me, sent an email again got a response to say that my documents are over 90 days Ofcoz they over 90 days coz this was done in July but no one cares went to certify again last week sent submitted again and Still no response. My guess is they waiting for them to be over 90 days again. I just wish there was somewhere we could report this department coz wow.
