EXTREMELY DISATISFIED SERVICE- POTENTIAL ****
Guys please be aware about dealing with Rookie USA, their stuff is cheap, What happens is that you pay, the order states payment received for almost a week,When you query your order the will say they dont have stock, It will take another week or 2 for you to receive your refund, this happen over 3 different orders with me, They are using your money to collect interest into their account,If it happens with alot of customers the amounts add up, this is a huge ****,I suggest be very weiry when dealing with Rookie USA.This time i even called to ask if they have stock and they said yes they do,Then only find out this morning that my order is cancelled pending refund,Its like a 1 or two week loan to them,these guys are doing this for a long time.

I ordered on the 18 th since then no reply have being sending emails Facebook messages and Instagram they will say they will get back to me even now still waiting and when you call them is a nightmare it will just finish your airtime they will say the person on this extension is unavailable.and even tried to call their branches the contacts they provided are not working .called mall of Africa the guy did not even care to check my order or give me the number so I can call them.i want to cancel this order but I tried to log in I couldn't using my email they same email they sent the order number tried to retrieve password dololo then I registered again with the same email is picking this one without the order number please assist you assisted with Makro

Great communication
I ordered online and received my package a few days later. They were out of stock on a certain item that I purchased, they were so prompt on informing me and I received my refund 2 days later. Excellent service!

10 days later my order status remains on items being picked after calling them on Friday no progress has been made to ship my order after 10 days worse online store to order from

Quality of the items I bought 100/10 Time of service 100/10 In short I can say excellent service From the online store and bigups to courierit the parcel was delivered within 36 hours after purchasing.
