Best service
Quality of the items I bought 100/10 Time of service 100/10 In short I can say excellent service From the online store and bigups to courierit the parcel was delivered within 36 hours after purchasing.

Pathetic service
Very poor service, no sense of urgency to queries and orders from the office to drivers they need to fix their mess if you use this courier expect to wait a month for a damaged package order. I am still waiting for my order that has been out for delivery 2 days ago and also I have waited 2 weeks for another order that was scheduled for delivery but only got delivered because I made noise

Rude and poor quality material
My brother bought shoes from this store in eastgate and they were detached 2 weeks later he went to the store and was told he cannot get a refund or exchange even though he had the receipt showing the transaction at that particular store and Nish Naidoo the ops manager was also rude and didn't want to assist we will never buy any product from your store .
