They say sale item they are not refundable but what they advertised is not what the sold to me the material is bad you won't even where it at home

I ordered on the 18 th since then no reply have being sending emails Facebook messages and Instagram they will say they will get back to me even now still waiting and when you call them is a nightmare it will just finish your airtime they will say the person on this extension is unavailable.and even tried to call their branches the contacts they provided are not working .called mall of Africa the guy did not even care to check my order or give me the number so I can call them.i want to cancel this order but I tried to log in I couldn't using my email they same email they sent the order number tried to retrieve password dololo then I registered again with the same email is picking this one without the order number please assist you assisted with Makro

even now Makro does not want to cancel my order and refund me i am calling makro everyday writing emails getting same answer we will cancel and refund but even after one week still waiting

I cancelled my order 1 month ago there was I problem with delivery had to rebuy the things somewhere now they don't want to refund me I am calling everyday with my arytime and emails with my data that they won't even give me evertime I call they will say is cancelled but when I check Is active do not know what to do mow
