I bought the 18 kg top loader washing machine at Takealot on the 11th of December 2025 tried to use it didn't work now got of on a call with Mosa Olifant she's telling me that I'm stupid because she can't attach screenshot and I've been sending countless emails with the email to her no this is my hard earned money
I'm still waiting for my refund that they claim they issued it's more than 2 weeks waiting for that refund
I place an order on the 22nd of November, still have not received it, I only received an email confirming that I placed an order calling them it's a waste of time one consultant told me I'm not the only one who placed an order
I bought 2 Steve Madden Possession it was torn within 3 months, I requested a return they were collected, one pair was replaced with wrong size and the other they said size is out of stock they will issue a refund but till this day no refund was issued
My first bad experience with Imile I'm disappointed and hurt I also believe that you close your comment section because you know that you not doing justice to your clients..... if only Shein had option of choosing courier of my choice I wouldn't choose Imile, courier guy was doing a great actually excellent with the new company it's failing dismally and your consultant and drivers are very rude but I know my complain won't be attended

Their services is so bad and their consultants are very rude, I've placed my order on the 26th of September, I have to call and enquire about my order it was then that I found out that my order has an item that can not be couriered, I requested them to cancel that item because I'm very far with Makro hhayi ke I'm still waiting for that update
