Great communication
I ordered online and received my package a few days later. They were out of stock on a certain item that I purchased, they were so prompt on informing me and I received my refund 2 days later. Excellent service!

Missing item in my package which I have paid for
I ordered a smart watch and earphones on the 27 Nov 2025. My package was delivered on the 1 Dec 25 only to find the earphones not in the package. I immediately contacted the customer care number to inform them they gave me a reference number and said someone will contact me. It now Friday the 5 Dec 2025 and nobody has contacted regarding the missing earphones which I had paid for. I have been calling the customer care and all they say is they are escalating the matter. This is extremely poor customer service. This is the first and last time I will buy from incredible connection online.

A super satisfied client
I’ve ordered from Superbalist a number of times & I’ve never had an issue. Their delivery is always fast, received all my packages before or in the stipulated delivery dates. The quality of their items & amazing. Not forgetting they always have discounts & great sales. Superbalist is the best!!

Online order not received
I ordered an air fryer from Makro SA online on the 31st August 2023. To date I have still not received it. When I ordered, delivery stated it will be delivered within 2-5 working days. I’ve called them multiple times & they just keep putting me on hold, I’ve also emailed them multiple times & they just say they are looking into it. Absolute pathetic customer service. Very disappointing, Will never order from them again. It’s been a whole month now but still nothing has been done nor have I received my air fryer.
