Sbib is the worse insurance I have come across to date I was involved in an accident with someone insured by them to date I have not been paid the insured has admitted guilt but the insured is sending me from pillar to post for 2 months now with no solution. Instead the lawyers from Hollard are feeding me stories
I am very dissapointed by the service I am receiving from budget insurance car has been in the panel beaters since December I have been informed by the panel beaters that budget requested that pirate parts be used now repairs are at a standstill because some on the parts cannot be found and budget is not approving the use of new orignal. I have been paying my premium for the past 5 months but I am still without a car
I went to get my papsmear done first of all the nurse was very rough become irritated when I complained. I went to get my papsmear results only to be told by the Dr that I have pre cancer lesions on my cervic they will need to do a biopsy. I refused and said I will go to a gynae much to his irritation. I received my papsmear and HPV results from the gynae I am all clear nothing was found. Dr Comfort gave me wrong results from that HAMADI lab of theirs they must just close shop. I was also charged twice whenI enquired they said getting results is a consultation.
I towed my car to the VW in Midrand I have never experience such poor service in my life.The car has been with them since the 31 August 2018 till this day it has not been returned to me instead its stories after stories.
Steers in Hillcrest Mthatha i had bought a chicken burger yesterday the guy who was assisting is not taking responsibility he says i should not have eaten it he is not acknowleding anything and didn't assist me.Thr supervisor in charge Loyiso Bhulana im disappointed that customer satisfaction is not a priority at steers.
<p>I took a contract with Telkom Mobile I have been trying to cancell it fot the past two months and i an still being billed for it and is being debited from my account. I have visited the store filled in a manual form called their call centre but to no avail. The service i have received has left a bad taste in my mouth.</p>
