Wake up and smell the roses or do i need to come and make you coffe to wake up
Your accounts department is slow and seems they don't know what they are doing. They cant even sent me a paid invoice that i need to submit to my medical insurance

Unpleasant Experience at Medicross Benoni
I am extremely disappointed with the service i received at Netcare Medicross Benoni on the 30/08/2024. My Mom whose 74 years old was due for a follow up visit at 10 am with doctor Le Roux ,the appointment was done after our last visit .The doctor told us that she must not eat anything on that day because he wanted to do some test .Upon arrival we were told that there's no appointment done and the doctor is not on duty .after checking the system she then ask if i never received a call from them ,i told her that i did see a missed call from the 011 number but i did not know who called me and even if i wanted to respond on that call i did not know who to ask for since the person that called me did not leave a voicemail or an sms ,then she told me that there's nothing she can do to help us i should have responded on that missed call, he then dismissed me to go talk to the person that helped me make that appointment or i must come back some other time. Mind you we drove all the way from Soweto to Benoni and my mom stays in KZN ,she only comes once a year for checkups .
