Hi there Sorry to publicly hello peter this but you only have 1 means of querying or complaining on your site you have no alternative contact info or email and I can't get into the ticket platform I've noticed that many jobs posted on LinkedIn don’t include salary information. It becomes so tedious having to click through to external sites, create new accounts, and go through lengthy job details, only to find out the salary isn't suitable. Is there no way to make salary information a mandatory field for employers and receuiters when posting jobs on your platform? It would save job seekers a lot of time and unnecessary effort. Please consider implementing this requirement for recruiters and companies. Thank you
I’ve always been happy with Discovery and have stayed loyal over the years. But now I’m seriously considering leaving. I truly wish the plans still offered meaningful benefits, like savings accounts plus basic cover for things like doctor’s visits, one or two prescriptions per year, or even partial contributions to essential health services. Right now, it feels like every year I have to decide how I’m going to "survive" medically. You can only live as long as your medical aid allows, and Discovery doesn’t give you much rope. I feel like I’m hanging off the edge. For example, if I go to the dentist, I can’t afford new glasses. If I do either, I can’t go for anything else. It’s taken me three years to sort out basic health issues, each year prioritising a different part of my body that directly affects my daily life. I am now sick I can't afford a doctor’s visit or the medication. A GP consult plus basic meds can easily cost over R1,000, and not everyone has that lying around. This is the second year i've gotten sick and cant afford a doc visit. I chose this plan for the savings and health benefits, but they no longer really exist. Vitality, while great in concept, is honestly not realistic for the average person. The health pathways are frustrating for example, you reward me with R500 for seeing my GP, but the consult costs R560? You offer a R500 reward for a health check at a pharmacy, but the check costs R530. That’s not a reward, it’s just cancelling itself out. I understand the need to manage costs and keep premiums stable, but please don’t insult our intelligence. We can do the maths, and it’s clear Discovery is still doing well. You can afford to offer more meaningful cover or assistance. People’s lives and health are literally in your hands. Please reconsider the structure of your plans and bring back benefits that actually help members when they need it most.
My cat has been eating the Whiskas in jelly sachets Fish flavors for years. Past few months he's been throwing up and we've been so worried, before a vet visit, we changed brands, and it has since stopped, been 3 weeks with no issues, since the brand changes with Whiskas, something is wrong. Id even check the rebranding, you're dry food Chicken and Turkey changed packing to only Chicken, but states, same taste? Where is the Turkey, how is the taste the same without this? My cat refuses to eat the new chicken, so clearly its not the same taste/recipe Whiskas is lying to the public, i might even query if cheaper ingredients are being used so they make bigger profits, considering the issues being reported. Along with the rebrand, they changed their packaging on dry food, to now exclude the very helpful re-sealable bags, will be changing brands on dry food as well very soon Using Hello Peter to report this so the public see's this, Reports on places like their Facebook page are not being attended to properly i believe, this needs to be properly investigated
Great service received, speedy and well priced
Since i ordered from Makro and my order was short delivered 29/01/2023, the service started out great and helpful, but has ended badly, i get no feedback unless i call the call center myself, but if i do, i get told by online that Germiston branch is handling my query and that they have been emailed and my query has been escalated, if i phone Germiston , i get told the online support is handling my query. This all started because no one at Makro, from people creating product codes and description's, to stores personnel, to sales, to online guys, no one checks their products, descriptions, packaging or pricing. They have short delivered multiple times, because they cant do the maths, if i follow up on email i dont get call backs or due dates, or i just get told the matter has been escalated, who is this magical person this is being escalated to? I just want a resolve and a due date, Will never order from Makro again
All i want to do is get some kind of assistance for my mother, to set up an executer of her estate, this has been the most frustrating process of my life, taking a few months and im nowhere closer than i was last year. Standard bank has the worst service i have ever experienced of all the banks ive dealt with, and your branch managers dont have people skills, i have been to 3 branches in 3 different areas and i have phoned every call center number i can find on the internet, i either cant get through , your phones just ring, or your agents just put me through to different departments, that also dont answer their phones!!
