Consultation Issue – Dr Euwon Valentine. - Medicross Parow

I am sharing my experience regarding a consultation at Medicross Parow on 5 September 2025 with Dr Euwon Valentine.

I consulted the doctor due to worsening symptoms, including dizziness and general unwellness, following a previous appointment elsewhere. During the consultation:

Only a brief examination of my ears, throat, and chest was conducted.

No further investigations or tests were done despite my concerns regarding blood pressure, blood sugar, and iron levels.

The consultation felt rushed, and I left without a clear explanation or reassurance about my condition.

I later consulted another Dr, who diagnosed a middle ear infection, which explained the dizziness I was experiencing and which I believe should reasonably have been identified or suspected during the initial consultation.

I attempted to resolve this matter directly with the doctor, including querying the consultation fee, but the request to waive the fee was declined.

I am sharing this feedback to inform other patients of my experience and to encourage the practice to review patient care processes.
