I am sharing my experience regarding a consultation at Medicross Parow on 5 September 2025 with Dr Euwon Valentine. I consulted the doctor due to worsening symptoms, including dizziness and general unwellness, following a previous appointment elsewhere. During the consultation: Only a brief examination of my ears, throat, and chest was conducted. No further investigations or tests were done despite my concerns regarding blood pressure, blood sugar, and iron levels. The consultation felt rushed, and I left without a clear explanation or reassurance about my condition. I later consulted another Dr, who diagnosed a middle ear infection, which explained the dizziness I was experiencing and which I believe should reasonably have been identified or suspected during the initial consultation. I attempted to resolve this matter directly with the doctor, including querying the consultation fee, but the request to waive the fee was declined. I am sharing this feedback to inform other patients of my experience and to encourage the practice to review patient care processes.
Do not support Hi fi Corporation ever again!!!!!! I place an order on 13/01/2023, Somerset West is only place that had stock. the order was place successfully on Saturday the confirmation was received to say ''Order picking in progress. Monday no tracking received phone the online department said the system is offline. I've been phone since Monday and they are still down, this morning on the 18/01/2023 the confirmation went back to ''order placed successfully". called them again spoke to the Team Leader said that the only place which does have stock is Swaziland and they not going to ship this to South Africa in her words! they did escalate this to Ecom to refund me. the refund will only take place from 7 to 4 working days. they were supposed to keep my order aside when the order was received, they are quick to take the money from us but can't refund us the same day. I will never shop again by Hi Fi corp. i will place this on all social media! no one must support them again.
i phoned monday the 5 Novemver to make an appointment for me at intercare. the lady took my details and said she will phone me back i phoned after 2 hours spoke to the same lady said no they will phone you back. i phone the third time spoke to other lady said no they are fully book for the. no why couldnt they said to me the first time i phoned. i left it i made an appointment for my daughter on the 06November at 15:50 en for my 15:10 that i can go after work. they phoned me and said there is no Doctor to help me. my daughter is the last patient that is going to see i said they must cancel my appointment. on the 06 November st 15:35 they phoned me and said if my dauhter is not there in 5 minutes then they are going to cancel my appointment. i told them my booking is for 15:50. according to them it was for 15:40 i have an sms for 15:50. Roxanne phoned me and said no the appointment is for 15:40 i said to her i got my sms for 15:50, she couldnt answer me on that and then she went over to Dr is very strict on his times when he must see the patients. so now u tell me what place is intercare according to there times is till 6 clocks but from 4 clock they are going home. there is no Drs that can people. what if there is people that need urgent help. intercare is my Dsp Dr but they cant help me all the time. so what is the use that Discovery use intercare but they not there to help.
