Credit Score havoc - even if in good standing.

Overall experience was brilliant. Effective and very diligent.

UNTILL i viewed my Credit report, even though i paid each month on time, Commonwealth / Medifin has had a system glitch which is updating all the credit institutions that i have not paid. Which in turn is WRECKING my credit score which is in actual fact brilliant but due to their fault i am now struggling. Emails and calls to resolve the matter urgently is useless, i keep getting feedback that we have taken it up with the relevant people. Which in turn doesn't resolve my problem.
