Great if you want your credit score to be killed. I do not advise. First they forgot to update their payments with Transunion ( for 3 months and it negatively affected my Credit Score) took a good few months to resolve. Then my Contract states that it expires on a certain date when all payments are due ( i take it they load the debit orders to that date) so their system misses one payment ( boom it reflects as a non payment on my credit score) i make the payment, get a half ****d paid up letter not even stating it wasnt my fault. And alas months later after paying these idiots every month on time my credit score still shows i didnt pay them. Stay away from them if you want service or any sort of credit score left.

Medifin have reflected my name in a bad light on my credit score profile and I have NEVER missed a payment and on top of that I've been waiting 2 months for a simple settlement letter which is an absolute disgrace!!!!!!

This institution has completely ruined my opportunity to buy a house or take out any credit. They reported a problem with their billing system the first month that I needed to pay so I paid manually and thereafter the debit orders have gone off successfully each month. This is not what is reflecting on my credit report and my score took a horrible knock. I have had no response from Courtney and each month my score gets worse. I am on the verge of taking legal action as this loan has caused more issues than the actual surgery.

Overall experience was brilliant. Effective and very diligent. UNTILL i viewed my Credit report, even though i paid each month on time, Commonwealth / Medifin has had a system glitch which is updating all the credit institutions that i have not paid. Which in turn is WRECKING my credit score which is in actual fact brilliant but due to their fault i am now struggling. Emails and calls to resolve the matter urgently is useless, i keep getting feedback that we have taken it up with the relevant people. Which in turn doesn't resolve my problem.

I have confirmed all the procedures I need. I need my fees to be paid and booked before I'm 30 weeks pregnant. The lady asked for all invoices and I've tried to send through everything and explained what we will be going ahead with. We are only using Netcare Femina Hospital. Only. 1) The hospital bed at Netcare Femina. Which is the R17k odd both the 680 and the R16. 7k which need to be paid seperately. The hospital email medifin directly. 2) The lancet blood tests through Dr Dempers at Netcare femina. Ive sent through the invoice so I'm not sure why you need more confirmation as the invoice is on a legit lancet invoice? You could just call them. 3) The epidural through Dr Cillierstraat who is the only epidural doctor Dr Dempers will use. (which we will only settle once I go into theater in August as we are covered for 32k) which will land up being R7500 as I sent you the invoice. They said depending on the pain this shouldn't be settled now as they would have to then reimburse medifin. 4) The natural birth delivery with Dr Dempers. I sent you the email which is R7500. Why is there a hold up as this is affecting everything from my side. Who do I need to speak to as this has been going on for almost 10 days now and everything has been sent. We also requested that the first debit order go off at the end of August 2021 and with my bed not being booked it is causing huge problems with the hospital from my side. When I've done everything medifin asked me to do. Is everything in order or what do I need to do as I'm starting to get really upset and worried. No one gets back to me and I'm doing everything myself.

STAFF MEMBER ARE BLUNTLY LYING TO CLIENTS. THEY MAKE EMPTY PROMISES. THEY ONLY WANT TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF YOU AND GIVE HORRIBLE SERVICE.<br> <br> I HAVE DECIDED TO GO WITH MEDIFIN AS A FINANCIAL GROUP WHO COULD HELP ME FINANCE BY BRACES. THE WHOLE APPLICATION WAS APPROVED BUT WHEN IT CAME TO PAYING OUT THE DENTIST THEY STARTED LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING. MORE THAN THREE TIMES THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE DENTIST WILL BE PAID WITHIN A TIME RANGE. THEY LIED. ON MY WAY TO THE DENTIST I PHONED THEM AGAIN. THEY ASSURED ME THE MONEY WAS PAID. ARRIVING AT THE DENTIST THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS STILL NOT PAID AND NO PROOF HAS BEEN RECEIVED. MAKING MORE THAN 5 PHONE CALLS TO THEM THEY KEPT SAYING THAT THE MONEY IS PAID AND THAT THEY WILL SEND THE PROOF SHORTLY. I WAS AT THE DENTIST FOR MORE THAN TWO HOURS WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND THE PROOF. WE KEPT PHONING THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY THAT THEY DID PAY IT AND DID SEND THE PROOF. AND THAT THEY WILL PHONE US BACK. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY RETURN MY CALL. AND THE NEXT MOMENT THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE DAY. I WAS LEFT STRANDED AT THE DENTIST AND WAS EVENTUALLY SENT HOME<br> MEDIFIN IS PATHETIC AND I FEEL ASHAMED OF BEING A POTENTIAL CLIENT OF THEIRS.<br> HORRIBLE.
