Paid off my loan amount, but paid a bit too much as the system didnt update the payment that was made. No I have been waiting for almost a hour on the phone as well as no one replies the mails sent this week to their so called MBFS enquiries mail. So now we wait for premium service.
Great if you want your credit score to be killed. I do not advise. First they forgot to update their payments with Transunion ( for 3 months and it negatively affected my Credit Score) took a good few months to resolve. Then my Contract states that it expires on a certain date when all payments are due ( i take it they load the debit orders to that date) so their system misses one payment ( boom it reflects as a non payment on my credit score) i make the payment, get a half ****d paid up letter not even stating it wasnt my fault. And alas months later after paying these idiots every month on time my credit score still shows i didnt pay them. Stay away from them if you want service or any sort of credit score left.

Overall experience was brilliant. Effective and very diligent. UNTILL i viewed my Credit report, even though i paid each month on time, Commonwealth / Medifin has had a system glitch which is updating all the credit institutions that i have not paid. Which in turn is WRECKING my credit score which is in actual fact brilliant but due to their fault i am now struggling. Emails and calls to resolve the matter urgently is useless, i keep getting feedback that we have taken it up with the relevant people. Which in turn doesn't resolve my problem.
Went to see NHC in Midstream 11.08.2018, DR was full of promises doing a quote to send with motivation to the medical aid, as they know the process. was chuffed. However then it started, the long wait, you dont get any feedback, you phone "Dr will phone you back"nothing, then "we will caal you back just now"nothing At no point except if you just dont pay them do you get any feedback. then at least someone emails you, telling you you need to pay, all good. no problem, but at what point does this HCPSA member start upholding what they had agreed to. I have in 120days not even received any information regarding this submission. yet my account is 120days behind, yes it is, coz the only person i get to speak with is your accounts department, who starts ignoring a person after a few mails of "trying"to solve the original problem. Ill pay your account with a smile, and make sure i never need to go to a medical centre like this again.
Dear vodacom, You are very quick to add a credit report if someone short pays with 1cent, however if a account is paid to date one clearly does not get the same service. Took me till the end of my contract to get a debit order date changed. after a few calls. Could you please update your credit records every now and again. Looking forward to cancel my contract in 2 months.
Mercedes Benz, are you aware of how Transunion works and that you need to update your records every now and again. Since September you have not updated any of my reports yet i have a Info slip which shows ZERO owed. but miss one payment and im sure you jump quickly. Premium price for mediocre service.
Rented from Just Property Montana / Moot for 1 year and 3 months. No issue with late payments, or even the rental property being neglected. but then i started getting sick of complaining about DSTV and ****roaches had begun to take over my furniture... see below my full complaint at the Housing Tribunal, as they now want to use my Deposit to pay for PEST CONTROL after i complained for 5 months and they did nothing. On 18th of September 2017 I had started to get the DSTV fixed after struggling for months to get someone out, to fix DSTV that should have been working in the first place since I had moved in in February 2017, as per contract On the 23rd of January 2018 I had voiced my concern on the roaches already. No response. On the 7th of February 2018 I had complained about the ****roaches, and I was instructed to leave the basin plugs inside. No other resolve. On 22nd of February 2018 I had reiterated my concern that I had not received any feedback on the roaches, just to not receive any feedback again. On the 9th of March 2018 I contacted the care taker after speaking to him verbally as well, no resolve. On the 12th of March 2018 I requested more info AGAIN on the DSTV that had been fiddled with and the answer was the same as the 14th of March, none. On 19th of March 2018 I again raised my concerns on the roaches and the DSTV, that I paid R 1000 odd to get fixed and was fiddled with overnight. No response. I have to clean out cupboards every Sunday, and spray Doom everywhere. I average buy 3 bottles of Doom a week, that’s withstanding the “Drift”and the Dyroach which is additional. I have had to cut open the bottom of my couches, as the roaches have gotten into the inside and I had to damage my own couches which was bought in November 2017.( R6 400) My Plasma stand, was beyond saving, the roaches no matter how much you sprayed they went into the cracks, had to throw that away. Another R 900 I lost in this game. I had to buy a new washing machine, as the one I had is now roach invested, they crawl from any hole. ( R 1200 ) smart enough not to store it at 13 Birkwood as it would just end up the same way as the old one. This goes the same for my fridge, which is invested with them, even on the inside, and let me tell you no amount of doom will fix that. Its embarrassing to say the least to have people over and a random roach made it inside your fridge. If I am not mistaken DSTV was supposed to be working when I had moved in, not the case, had to get 2 different people to fix it at MY account as well. But after that I paid a whole month without being able to watch DSTV, as someone fiddled with my line, I had paid to fix. R 980 down the drain for subscription I cannot watch AGAIN. The humiliation of a roach running out of my laptop bag in my offices in Sandton, was one for the books. Luckily no one tied the 2 separate fumigation incidents to me. More than welcome to confirm any of these details. I am quite looking forward to see what the physical NET cost of me getting rid of the roaches I have been warning and pleading about for 5 months will be. In all honesty I am the one that is suffering damage here. In actual fact, from Just Property ( Most of the Agents) until the Care Taker and Owner I have raised my concern with all involved. And NO ONE did anything to prevent me from suffering so much loss. I bought all my stuff new when I moved in there, and now I’m having to scour around looking for second hand things to buy to replace my stuff because my pleading for help fell on deaf ears. Please also don’t waste time and money in fumigating one unit, the problem is broad and comes from the drains. I know I have tried numerous times. The level of disgust one has whilst cooking and a roach runs along the stove in front of guests cannot be described, so please enlighten me as to why I should run around availing myself at last minute at 6am in the morning for something I have been complaining about for ages.
Dear FNB, Please explain how it is remotely possible to struggle with your Business Banking Department for 2 months to open an account. I get email upon email requesting documents, I send the documents, yet i am told when i speak to someone new to RESEND. im not totally sure you understand what busy means, i do not have time to send and resend documents because your people are to lazy to check the systems. Also please explain to me how i am suppose to give you PROOF OF ADDRESS, for a online shop, that has no expenses listed to the business name, now you tell me send a statement, i send you a statement.... no its not right. I do an Affidavit.... no its not right. Please explain the following to me, HOW DO I GIVE YOU PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR A ONLINE BUSINESS. I sent all the registration documents.... yet CIPC can register a business but you cannot confirm address from that. My store is opening in 1 week and im stuck with no account and a website on hold due to your unwillingness to assist. Luckily ABSA has some common sense and i will rather be moving all my accounts back to ABSA, as they at least understand a online business principle.
