I took the whole day off expecting delays at the bank. There were none. In fact, as I walked in to the Woodlands mall branch, Albert came to greet me and immediately said he could help. He was polite, listened and advised, answering all my questions. He even took the time to ask and pronounce my name properly. It was a very pleasant experience that took less than 30 minutes.
Sibusiso assisted me with such patience and was so professional, and even complimented my fur baby's photo when we added her to the policy. Thank you
It took a tragedy to learn that I needed better pet insurance. Luckily my sister, Kim Street, works at Oneplan and told me about the benefits her plan provides her and her Gigi. I would have made the move sooner but getting animals over 11 years old insured is difficult so when the death of my old fur baby happened last week and the struggles she saw me go through with claims not being paid in full (again) she told me to look at Oneplan. It is a Saturday and Jason Naidoo called me while I was still fiddling with forms on their website and he talked me through all the options and answered ALL my questions. He understood that my animals are also my children and that I want decent cover for them so that if anything happens, It is one less stress knowing the service provider is there to help. Thanks to Aunty Kimmy and Jason, my fur babies are taken care of so I can focus on them fully without the additional stress.
Branch: Menlyn I booked my car in for her first service and the entire experience has been seamless. From booking on the app, the check-in process with friendly staff (thank you Tebogo Mogale) and even getting a Bolt for me so I didn't have to walk to Menlyn mall with a laptop. I even got a friendly hello from Martin who sold the car to me a year ago, recognising me after so long. Highly recommend. You cannot go wrong with a Toyota, and the relationship while you have the car is the cherry on top.
I am sitting at Arapaho (Spur Menlyn) and really enjoying it. This is definitely where you want to be while waiting for your car service, and the staff completely understood and let me sit and work. The bathrooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the food is as always, up to standard and the music is awesome - giving a great Friday vibe to close the week on a good note.
I am always disappointed when I leave Placecol (Woodlands) Let's start with last month: I booked a gel mani-pedi after receiving an SMS stating it is a special for R499, the nail technician also informed me of the special running so when I phoned to book and confirmed the special I was highly disappointed after the fact when I was told to pay in almost R900! Anyway, they gave me some silly winter warmer box with a serum and facial voucher. Sithabile told me to book a facial on Wednesday as they have a special... so I did... and confirmed telephonically. Today I went for a Wellness Wednesday facial and was told that the voucher is invalid and I cannot redeem it because I must spend more than R350. I just paid R350 so I still don't see where that ****** logic comes in. I have gone through ALL the terms and conditions on the website as well as on the voucher a d find NOTHING mentioning it. This is false pricing which is against the CPA! Also all the ladies standing there didn't say a damn word when I asked them to confirm that they told me about the specials and the bookings. They couldn't even look me in the eye.
The only reason I am giving a one star rating is because of the website giving me the ability to see how much a holiday will cost. Other than that, it has been the most grueling experience for us. We have been dealing with Janine since 2021 when we originally booked and paid, then when Mango grounded flights to Zanzibar, we lost our flight funds but retained the rest with AfricaStay. Since then, it has been an absolute struggle getting feedback and a booking confirmation without her coming back with stories (if she comes back to us, as it takes weeks) and then asking us to pay in ridiculous amounts on top of the credit we already have. I have referenced the website, checked prices and can even book the holiday I want on their website but I know in the back of my mind that the next struggle would be getting my money back if I went that route. DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME, USE ANOTHER AGENCY!
This institution has completely ruined my opportunity to buy a house or take out any credit. They reported a problem with their billing system the first month that I needed to pay so I paid manually and thereafter the debit orders have gone off successfully each month. This is not what is reflecting on my credit report and my score took a horrible knock. I have had no response from Courtney and each month my score gets worse. I am on the verge of taking legal action as this loan has caused more issues than the actual surgery.
What a pleasure! I ordered and paid and was given an order number and proper invoice. She sent me a message 2 days later explaining that Paxi is not delivering due to looting in the country so I offered to collect. When I arrived to collect I was surprised with a beautiful dress as a gift, on 5op of the clothing that I ordered (it was the dress I have been looking for at various baby boutiques for a while and she just gave it to me! I'm so grateful). With friendly service and gorgeous clothing, I definitely recommend and will return.
Karli Malherbe owes over a thousand people money/orders to the value of over a R340000 (could be more) and when you ask for an update on your order or refund, you get ignored completely. After hounding for feedback for weeks then you get terribly rude replies and blocked on all channels so there is no way you can get anything back. This is nothing short of theft and fraud and because she doesn't send invoices (apparently to make things quick and easier) she is probably hiding this all from SARS. Police cases don't even work on her, so rather just avoid altogether.
