My worst regret was using your online click and collect services, I ordered two items 3 weeks ago and still no update on my items and when I can collect it, you service delivery standards are low, at this point I just want a refund as this is unacceptable and not something I want to experience any further.
Medifin have reflected my name in a bad light on my credit score profile and I have NEVER missed a payment and on top of that I've been waiting 2 months for a simple settlement letter which is an absolute disgrace!!!!!!
I've loaded funds on my BetwayApp through an EFT, however it's been a number of hours that it has not reflected in my cash section, I have requested assistance , however nobody has responded to my request and I've been in the waiting queue on a live chat for more than 20mins. I would like to find out what the best possible channel is to call in to have my funds reflect in my account or is their perhaps a maintenance issue on your guys website/app. Please if I could get some assistance on this matter, it will be greatly appreciated.
