Very Bad service

I called the pharmacy at Bothasig Medirite, Cape Town, spoke to the sister on duty, Tuesday, 16 September 2025 @ 15h00. I was not completed and wanted to make an appointment, but she abruptly ended my call. When I called back and asked why she had placed the phone down when I was not finished, she started intensely arguing with me, rather than apologizing and making the appointment!!!!!. If this is the kind of service you offer your clients, then I do not want to be a client of yours!!!!!

Medical personnel is supposed to assist, not argue and shout!

I hope not all your patrons get treated so badly.
