Where can I complain about your bad client services as your emails contacts apparently dont care!!!
I have reported a BOX of faulty sensors on the 26 of January and up to date I am still JUST waiting to get a clear answer on delivery.
Now, again, I have lost 3 sensors in one BOX alone because of the SAME plaster issue as well as the strip being stuck to the sensor it self. I am literally to scared to complain about it because I am still waiting on the January complaint.
No one from your side is giving me updates and I have to send emails to follow up on you? That is bull**** as we pay a lot of money for your products. You are very quick to tell everyone that you are the industry leaders but your client services suck.
I will complain on every single social media platform until I have an answer to my enquiries.
