Where can I complain about your bad client services as your emails contacts apparently dont care!!! I have reported a BOX of faulty sensors on the 26 of January and up to date I am still JUST waiting to get a clear answer on delivery. Now, again, I have lost 3 sensors in one BOX alone because of the SAME plaster issue as well as the strip being stuck to the sensor it self. I am literally to scared to complain about it because I am still waiting on the January complaint. No one from your side is giving me updates and I have to send emails to follow up on you? That is bull**** as we pay a lot of money for your products. You are very quick to tell everyone that you are the industry leaders but your client services suck. I upgraded on the 3rd of November (UV963795) and then was told that RTT courier will deliver. Well when I followed up on the Friday - they had a backlog. Tuesday apparently RTT is catching up with the late delivers. Wednesday I was told at the end of the week. Friday I was told that the RTT has my packet and that they will deliver. Gotten the tracking number. No sorry waiting for MTN to release the authorization code. I phone MTN back and they told we that they have send the authorization on Friday and that the couriers company will be able to deliver on Monday... Phoned again AND YET AGAIN no sorry waiting for the authorization of MTN. I could have upgraded two weeks ago at another store but they told me that the direct sales team is faster. I need an answer by this afternoon or I will cancel all of my contracts with MTN and move to someone else who are dealing with phones and not bullshit.<br>
