MedXpress hasn't had a call centre that you can call for a long time. Your only means of contacting them is to log a query on Discovery's website, which has a 24 hour turn around time. If you insist on not having a way for clients to contact you urgently, then you NEED to stick to your turnaround times, especially on Fridays. I uploaded a script before 12:30 on Friday, which should have been captured within 2 hours. It wasn't even captured before by 17:00 (which is more than double the turn around time), leaving me without meds for the weekend, but I have no means of contacting MedXpress other than logging a query which has a 24 hour turn around time.
