No means of urgent contact and not sticking to turnaround times
MedXpress doesn't even have a HelloPeter which is claimed. So I am posting here as this is Discovery Health's provider. MedXpress hasn't had a call centre that you can call for a long time. Your only means of contacting them is to log a query on Discovery's website, which has a 24 hour turn around time. If you insist on not having a way for clients to contact you urgently, then you NEED to stick to your turnaround times, especially on Fridays. I uploaded a script before 12:30 on Friday, which should have been captured within 2 hours. It wasn't even captured before by 17:00 (which is more than double the turn around time), leaving me without meds for the weekend, but I have no means of contacting MedXpress other than logging a query which has a 24 hour turn around time.

EXCELLENT, intelligble customer service and responses to e-mails!
REFRESHINGLY excellent, intelligible e-mail responses from customer service departments, most recently the billing department. E-mails are to the point, answers all of my questions and then operators go the extra mile with helpful, relevant information that I didn't even ask for. It seems so simple, but this is the kind of service that I very rarely come across and has been my experience with Hetzner on numerous occasions. THANK YOU HETZNER for employing competent employees, training them properly and (presumably) treating your employees in such a way that they are willing to go above and beyond for clients. You guys are great!
