Uselessness

Our WiFi has been problematic since this morning , this has been reported , to your call center after which they have told us , it will be reset.

This has not been done , which is extremely and utterly unprofessional , the fact that your team doesn't even have the common decinsy to follow up just shows what a sub grade service your delivering.
