Our WiFi has been problematic since this morning , this has been reported , to your call center after which they have told us , it will be reset. This has not been done , which is extremely and utterly unprofessional , the fact that your team doesn't even have the common decinsy to follow up just shows what a sub grade service your delivering.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress regarding the outcome of my bets placed at your casino on December 24th and 25th, 2024 my bets totaled at over R 30,000.00, but nothing to show. 24th of December till 25th of December @ 01:44 I deposited a total of almost R 30,000.00 . I played multiple games , at Multiple Betting Rates. I lost R 30,000.00 didn't win a cent the biggest I won , was R 1,000.00 , which I assume they think is enough compensation. They are the worst ever.
