Uselessness
Our WiFi has been problematic since this morning , this has been reported , to your call center after which they have told us , it will be reset. This has not been done , which is extremely and utterly unprofessional , the fact that your team doesn't even have the common decinsy to follow up just shows what a sub grade service your delivering.

Gold Rush the Takers of the industry!
Gold Rush , must be one of the worst Platforms ever , call center is absolutely useless , online chat with customer care is useless!!!! Never get anything of value , and if you do they give you a 100 free spins worth 0.20c n Spin !!! Absolutely ridiculous how much money I lost in the last couple of days , but also taking into consideration I've been complaining so long but nothing , they clearly do not care for Customers or for long standing customers !
