Inconsiderate, disgusting service

We had an appointment for Saturday 2017/10/21 at 14h00 and it was not in their register. We did not make use of the voucher and the waitress said we can request a refund from wikideals. What a disappointing experience at Mellasat Vineyards in Paarl on 2017/10/21. Booked for a winetasting at 2pm which was not recorded in their register. Got there at 14h05 and waitress said no outside tables were available and they do not reserve tables, yet there was a table with a reserved sign. A white couple eventually got seated at the reserved table. At 14h20 a white woman walks in, also late, and immediately gets seated outside. We were only coupe of color and made to feel very uncomfortable and left. Is "racism" still rife in RSA? I definately wouldn't go back there or recommend it to non-whites. So no idea whether Mellasat or wikideals will refund me on Coupon # ********** 03 I've sent a request to wikideals, but their website says their vouchers are non-refundable
