Disappointed product and service

Bought a Mellerware kettle from Rafi's before they closed down. A month and a half down the line the kettle stopes boiling but the light comes on.

I phoned Mellerware (041 364 3249) and got transferred to reception then the call fails and when I called back it goes straight to voicemail.

If they do not reply to my email enquiry via their website. I will be taking them to the small claims court as they are in violation of the consumer protection act.
