Disappointing service

I am disappointed with Mellins Fourways Crossing. Their service leaves a lot to be desired. I bought glasses in December 2025, and in mid-January 2026, I began to experience headaches. My eyes were tearing and felt sore. On February 24th, I went back to report the issue. The optometrist checked my glasses and mentioned there was a problem with the lenses, recommending a replacement. It is now April 8th, and I still haven’t received the new lenses, even though I am still paying for them every month. I haven't received any courtesy call or updates.
