26 Weeks ago I placed my order. Week 10 they stopped replying to my emails and WhatsApp’s.

Now: They have blocked me on all social platforms because I asked for my order or a refund.

There is no refund available on pre-orders.

They are still running ads accepting new orders. Ignoring existing customers orders that are still waiting.
