Bad service

I am disgusted by the service I’m getting here I’ve been in trauma for many hours and the hold up this time of the morning is for an admission folder done, the person on duty is not at the desk his been away for hours already, I was here last night and I got terrible service, tonight exactly the same thing.

I am in Mitchell’s plain and I thought I’ll give them a benefit of the doubt to come here because it’s close to home and nothing has changed it’s sad that one have to go so far for better and excellent service.

I’m need this matter to be sorted ASAP because one can’t go on like this it’s been so for years and nothing has changed.
