Bad service
I am disgusted by the service I’m getting here I’ve been in trauma for many hours and the hold up this time of the morning is for an admission folder done, the person on duty is not at the desk his been away for hours already, I was here last night and I got terrible service, tonight exactly the same thing. I am in Mitchell’s plain and I thought I’ll give them a benefit of the doubt to come here because it’s close to home and nothing has changed it’s sad that one have to go so far for better and excellent service. I’m need this matter to be sorted ASAP because one can’t go on like this it’s been so for years and nothing has changed.

Terrible
I don't even want to give them one star!!! was very unhappy with my food .. when i received my food after i waited more then an 1hour for food that was pre ordered... the pre-order didnt even help and i thought it would, i did not manage to eat all my food, took the rest as take-away... when i wanted to warm it to eat, the patty was still raw i even took photos of the raw patty. i had a manager or whatever he is "Keith" calling me the Sunday to apologize, fair enough i appreciated the call, he "OFFERED" me and my family a voucher which i did not asked for at all... he "OFFERED" however today is day 3 and did i hear anything from them or received a voucher yet? NO so now i understand why the staff can be so disrespectful and why the kitchen staff give underdone food, integrity at all as a leader... i real hope they will up their game but i will not recommend anyone to them anymore...
