worse experience ever

I have been here and admitted since 8am, im 36 weeks pregnant im due next week the 30.01.2025 however i woke up in pains and paralyzed this morning around 4am. Im still in attended after 9 hours my gynae has been saying she's coming and the nurse cannot even give a panado without doctor. Im typing this with tears i can't do anything, i want to go but i can't because i cant walk. This is the worse experience and anything can happen to my unborn child barebin mind im paying for the service.
