The lack of communication is just not good at all. Memoire took my money and till without providing me with a wedding party. I understand the country was on lockdown however now I have asked for a refund and they have agreed to refund me in November 2021. Today in June 2022 I have yet to receive 1 rand from them and the communication lines have completely broken down it seems because they do not reply to emails or phone calls. This is utterly unacceptable from a business and customer service standpoint. I would like to have my money back, please.
