My name is Nosihle Nhlapho, and I brought in my TV for repairs at Game store. I am writing a review on how the situation has been handled so far.
The issue with my TV was that it had an ink-like display problem on the screen. When I followed up on the repair status, I was told there was “no ink” on it, which contradicts the pictures I had taken. I was speaking to someone named Loraine at the time, and she asked me to send those pictures—which I did.
However, yesterday when I tried to follow up again, I was treated very rudely. The lady who answered the phone was speaking Sepedi while I was speaking English, which is a common language. I wasn’t sure if she didn’t understand me or just didn’t want to help. Either way, the communication and service were unprofessional and disrespectful. now this morning i tried to reach them out again as that lady hang up on me, they are now not picking up my calls.
