I booked my bakkie in for basic service on the 21/05/2025 but they were fully booked and they got it booked for Monday 26/05/2025. I got to dealership at 7:10 and it got booked at around 7:30 or so. Since waiting there doing some of my work, I never got any feedback or updates on what's happening with it. I decided to leave for menyln at around 13:00 hoping to get it done when I return. I went back at 3:00 still no luck. I sat there ensuring that the service consultant sees me but hey... He was just busy helping other people. At almost 4pm,i decided to approach him, he only told me he's going to check how far it is. I was just invisible to the guy huh. My patiency was off, but I just had to hold myself. He came to me after quite some time and say in an hour, my bakkie will be OK. Mind you is almost 4pm that time. I sat there while busy releasing other customers cars who even came after me in the morning and many of them. At 5:35 he then called me to his desk for invoice, trust me I was the last customer in the floor were one of the guy from the workshop was even surprised when he see me still there, as he saw me earlier when dropping my car. The poor guy went to collect my car and hand it over to me and ask if I had gate pass which I was not given. He arranged my pass so I LEFT DEALERSHIP AT 5:56PM. POOR TREATMENT I EVER HAD
