I bought AGM battery which comes on 3years warranty in Old road Midrand branch. When I bought this battery, it was confirmed that it's AGM supporting the start & Go of my car but the battery stopped supporting that function just when it reaches 2yrs. At first I thought there was something wrong with my vehicle until I sent it to Mercedes for its service and it picked the main battery to be low. I went to battery center where I bought it, they checked the battery and said it shows that it's still healthy. They decided to lend me their old battery so to keep my battery over a week for charging. The vehicle start & go was functioning very well with the borrowed battery. I then returned their battery so to get mine and it's still not supporting this function. Honesty I felt so disappointed for the fact that the battery comes on 3yrs warranty but the way I'm getting treated seems someone is taking a ride on me. I turn to ask myself if it's because I'm a woman or what... I regret why haven't I just waited for Mercedes battery order instead of this struggle.. I've already been to the store 3 times because of this matter still with no luck. And first day when I got there I found another client with the very same vehicle made as mine with the very same complain that the start & go has no longer in functional. It seems this batteries are not having enough power for this function, that's why it doesn't sustain it long. I mean this start & go stopped exactly when the battery reaches 2yrs. I've even told them I never experienced such with the previous Merc battery. One guy wanted to shift the blame to Auxi****y and it's unfortunate that's still in good condition as I bought it the very same week when I buy this main battery. He even went extra miles on testing my Auxi****y and it was confirmed to be very healthy as it was already been diagnosed at the dealer but it seems they didn't trust me. What I need to understand is that How does warranty work if here I'm encounting a fault with your battery 🤔 Can someone advise on this matter as a matter of urgency please. I really can't be expected to gets stuck on this as if I am driving a normal car, no more comfortability in it. I really don't feel it if you understand what I mean... Juliet
I have been with makro for store account for many years now without any frustrations until this time. I really don't think you expect me to make a call discussing all these annoying messages you sent to me every time when someone fails to fulfill their duty. You can't be sending me all these threats that you handed me to creditors while you the one supposed to be debiting my account as usual and agreed upon. You better stop what you are doing or I will have to end business with you completely. I give you 24 hrs to get your house in order or else......
I bought a new Russell Hobbs iron which died the 1st time while doing ironing. When I return it to the shop, they refused to exchange it instead they telling me it has been fixed due to the fuss which was dead due to failure on running its quality tests before sending the product to the shop I need my new iron, and I am not going to take the tempered iron back. Menyln store manager is so disgusting, unprofessional who doesn't want to be accountable
I bought Russell Hobbs iron at Hifi corporation menyln branch which is still new until the 1st day when I decided to use it, in the middle of my ironing it just stopped working at its own. I went back to the shop for exchange and they told me that they will liased with its manufacturer and revert back to me in 2 weeks which they did. And they told me The iron had a faulty fuss which it was attended. I decided to contact Russell hopps regard as I did not understand what the shop were saying to me. And the lady at Russell Hobbs told me the problem could be that the appliance might not be check for quality tests before sending it to the retailers. My concern is if the iron is still new and it already gave me that frustration, what would be my guarantee that it won't happen again. I mean this new product is already been tempered with hence they opened it while fixing the problem. I expected this product to be exchanged not fixed. I even asked the shop to write me commitment that if I experience the same problem, they will be liable but they refused. That really raise a huge red flag to me as it proved that they don't want to account for this error at all. I'm talking about quality products for that matter, as I have lot of Russell Hobbs in my house and I trusted them but after this struggle I can't say same thing. All I need is exchange or give me surety of what they performed in the iron. I can't be stuck with the faulty iron which was never of the quality tests as they will be telling me is out of guarantee /warranty period...
I'm deeply disappointed on how this scheme works. I mean you are a patient in need of assistance. Most of the institutions are not accepting their service and I mean No one plans to get sick ahead but if one needs to go through all the struggle because of this procedure, I really don't think this is going to work for me further. I might as well cancel it and deal with cash payments. I made appointment with Dentist who's at my door step for tomorrow and they expect me to shop around for their dentist... Last time I had an emergency where I needed to see GP and I felt so helpless as I had to settle bill at own. What's a point of paying for service that can't be there when needed. So inconvenient service ever
I was paid for the service I didn't receive and no one is saying anything. I paid for a 3 days car rental at woodford King shaka international airport which I didn't get neither get refunded for. The rental was made through booking.com online. When I get to branch, I got all these terrible challenges where I had to gave up everything and switch to Uber rides. The annoying part is that no one is bothering to call or anything. How can you take my money if you know very well you didn't rent service to me? I'm not going to stop until my money is back.
I bought Russell Hobbs iron in February this year at Menyln Mall branch. I didn't know the iron had faulty as it was the 1st time using it 3 weeks ago where I had bedding to take care of,. In the afternoon again when I iron the other clothing left, the iron decided to just shut itself off in the middle. I took it back to the shop where I bought it as it was still new for any such challenges. When I got to the store, they booked it in with the supplier so to attend to the matter. It's been 2 weeks now since the iron was at the shop. Honestly I didn't expect the supplier to fix the iron as it clearly had something wrong from the factory as it was never been used before until this time. I mean instead of exchanging the iron with the other one, they decided to fix it. Really.... For how long will it last since it was already faulty? This was the 3rd Russell Hobbs irons already bought in the family and there are still working very well, until this one... I really don't think I would accept this treatment, I can't take the iron that proved it had defect from manufacturer instead they want me to settle on that rebuild.... It's either they refund me or give me a new iron.
I truly fail to understand this courier drivers. I mean how can you just go through with delivery without calling the receiver. I mean for the fact that you don't clarify what time is your delivery on the day, you really can't expect one to spend the whole day in the house for something that may arrive around 5pm or so... The next thing when you only decide to reach my place I left for other errands and you feel otherwise... I think if you follow up with calling me might be a good idea as to arrange what next but nooo... You just don't do that instead you have a gut to ask if you can go drop off the parcel at the door, I mean really 🤔 This other guy got to my place today and I was just out at the nearest store when they called for access but instead of giving it a chance to hear what I say, he just went off. A week can pass without receiving the parcel due to the same problem. You really can't expect someone to skip work to be in the house the whole day not knowing what time is the delivery. Please try to communicate
I always praise dischem Kaelo insurance until last week Wednesday where I was seriously sick but because they didn't approve the nearest GPS from my area I couldn't get help, instead I had to go purchase medication by the nearest pharmacy on own. I really don't think this will help as one wouldn't know when he/she will get sick. I mean how would you expect one to make appointment first for such unforseen circumstances. I'm disappointed by how these people operates. What's the use if I can't use their services if needed
I always praised Woodford king shaka car rental until this past Thursday 22/07/2025. I didn't get the car as paid. I had to cancel my trip as it was planned around this. The struggle and trauma caused through the service experience with Woodford even caused me phone as I got s****** since I had to rely on public transport. I really need to get refunded my rental funds that was paid online. So sad how I got treated in this branch.
