Bad Product
Bought a belt and after wearing 3 times it broke, tried to return it and was blatantly told no the will not exchange it for another one. I have not seen any notice of their return policy in the store anyway. To make it worse the they have no intent to even try keep a client happy or to assist in bad service.

Inferior Quality of Goods
I purchased a Powerbank from them on 26 February, and when I got home I tried to use it.<br> The thing is absolutely useless, it does not charge, keeps on switching off.<br> Tried to take it back but they refuse to replace it as it has been \used". incorrect information and bad attitude
I went into the Men's Street N1 city branch on Friday 20th February, I wanted to purchase a chain as a gift for someone, before doing so I enquired by the manager Lynne if the chain could be returned for a refund. She assured me if I had the receipt and original packaging that it could be done. I came back the next day before it was the wrong chain and she changed her story completely saying she had not said any such thing. She spoke to me in a very rudely manner in front of everyone.
