Terrible customer service
I purchased a cell phone at Woolworths in Cavendish 4th February. I explained to the consultant Cassidy Roman what I was looking for and my price range. He recommended a Mobicel device and talked me through the phone specs as well and the warranty process. He told me that if any software or hardware issues should arise within the first 7 days I can return the device, he also mentioned that that was the last model they had available. After setting up the phone, I downloaded my applications and started experiencing a lag on the device. I also inserted my 256g memory which slowed the phone down and also did not read the memory card. I returned to the store the next day to explain the issues and was told neither of the issues fell under software or hardware and they cannot do a refund. Memory card not reading and phone slowing down after downloading applications surely fall under software and hardware. The store is now refusing a refund and I have the phone for less than 24 hours

Close the damn department down
So utterly useless. Been waiting for my UIF since the 20th June. Call center is absolutely good for nothing and should just close down. Can't assist you with anything

Forex breakout ponzi
I've come across some shady businesses and characters in my life, but Forex breakout kings takes the cake. Their lure you in with the promise of flexibility of 1 and 2 month investments, then after you've signed up and they have your money, bam you are now fixed in for a year. Their website advertises 1 and 2 month investment plans and makes no mention that you will not have access to your money for a year without a 40% penalty fee. Yes 40%!!!!! When you query these sudden changes their staff have they give you no straight answers and make you wait days and also get upset with you because you are being persistent about YOUR OWN MONEY. Please be careful before doing business with these shady people, once they have your money it's game over. I'm actually now convinced that they are running a ponzi scheme.

FBK Ponzi scheme

Staff have no idea on their own offerings. Terrible service
From false advertising to staff that have absolutely no clue what they are doing, the worst service I've ever received. Brochures do not state that certain medications are excluded from the policy and this information only becomes available after you have signed up RED FLAG. I called in to inquire if a claim would be disputed if I loaded 2 claims for scripted medication and Consultation and used funds of the scripted medication for the consultation, the lady said no it would not (And remember "all calls are recorded") Long story short, I loaded the two claims, paid for my consultation which was more than R370, and low and behold the claim got reject. Apparently you cannot use both claims to pay for Consultation, I called in and requested that my last call be pulled and asked them to listen to what they lady had said to me.Even after listening to the call they were still not willing to accept THEIR faults and miscommunication and now want to me pay the script back to them.

incorrect information and bad attitude
I went into the Men's Street N1 city branch on Friday 20th February, I wanted to purchase a chain as a gift for someone, before doing so I enquired by the manager Lynne if the chain could be returned for a refund. She assured me if I had the receipt and original packaging that it could be done. I came back the next day before it was the wrong chain and she changed her story completely saying she had not said any such thing. She spoke to me in a very rudely manner in front of everyone.
